Our services

Private 1-on-1 Training

A focused training session tailored to your skill level and goals. Work on technical drills, ball control, passing, shooting, and game awareness. Designed to maximize touches, improve confidence, and accelerate your development in a personalized setting.

Group Training

Dynamic sessions that balance individual skill-building with team-focused drills. Players sharpen ball control, passing, shooting, and tactical awareness while competing and collaborating with peers. The group format boosts intensity, creates game-like situations, and fosters both individual growth and teamwork.

Interactive sessions that provide individual feedback on matches played. Players review game footage to improve decision-making, positioning, and technical execution while learning from real match situations. The film format increases understanding, highlights strengths and weaknesses, and supports personal development.

Loic Baures, Founder and Head Coach of Left Back Academy PDX, is a former Division I standout and one of the most dedicated development coaches in the Pacific Northwest. A product of the Portland soccer community from FC Portland and Timbers Academy to the Division I and Pro Level for Gonzaga University, and multiple trials overseas. Loic founded the Academy to provide local athletes with the specialized, elite-level mentorship he mastered throughout his own career.

Known for his ability to merge high-level technical precision with tactical game-model analysis, Loic has become a go-to resource for players looking to bridge the gap between youth play and the collegiate or professional ranks. His hands-on coaching style, relentless standards, and focus on position-specific detail ensure that every athlete he mentors is prepared for the physical and mental demands of elite competition.
